I would love to have the option to find a contact on every page. It doesn't feel intuitive to first go “alone” to the contact page to perform the search.

A.I. Insights
Customer would like a feature that groups call conversations when a client calls multiple times. This way, they can view the complete call history of that client in one place, making it easier to review all previous interactions at once.

Identify Incoming Calls by Rinkel Number
I find it inconvenient that I cannot identify which Rinkel number an incoming call is for when I have multiple numbers. It would be beneficial to have a feature that allows me to hear or see which specific Rinkel number is being called, even when the caller ID is set to 'Beller'. This would help me manage calls for different business names more effectively.

Webphone > activate when starting the computer
Is it possible to have the Webphone start automatically when I open the computer? I sometimes forget to turn it on.

From onboarding module to smart guide
Personally, I would approach the onboarding checklist differently. I would choose “how do you already know this feature?” . Here you alternately present the features that you have not yet set up in your current subscription and you can present features that are possible in other subscriptions.

Onboarding module
I see onboarding as something you do at the start. Before you use the portal, you set everything up and you can make good use of the checklist. I would let him align links as long as he is relevant. Now he's on the far right and I'm not giving it a priority. I would also like to be able to remove it.

Missed calls are more prominent

Automatic contact synchronization
I would love it if I didn't have to worry about synchronizing my contacts anymore. Currently, I do not see the contacts that I have stored on the webphone in the app and vice versa. Could you make automatic synchronization possible?

User working hours (schedule)
I would like to add working hours (schedule) to Rinkel. For example, I don't have to evict my employee every Friday and put it back on Monday, for example.
