I want to gain more insight into the phone traffic across different departments. It's important for me to know which department customers choose using the menu selection. For example, knowing that option 4 was selected 30 times in the past week would be helpful. Currently, this information is not visible in MyRinkel, and I would like it to be accessible directly within the platform.

Our staff uses Rinkel and needs webphone-only call routing. However, we're blocked by the requirement to enter a mobile number for each staff account. Our team works from abroad, and we don't want calls forwarded to personal phones or automatically redirected to mobile when webphone isn’t available. We tried setting up accounts and enabling webphone, but calls still default to the mobile number when not logged into webphone. Can this be adjusted to fit our customer service workflow?

As a doctor, I would like to integrate my Doctolib database with Rinkel to easily identify who is calling me. Currently, there is no native integration available, which makes it challenging to automate this process. It would be beneficial to have a direct integration with Doctolib to streamline my workflow and improve efficiency.

I need my Microsoft Outlook contact cards to automatically sync into my Rinkel contacts to avoid manually entering phone details everywhere. This would help keep contact records up to date, such as removing numbers when clients stop calling or emailing. A bidirectional sync or a practical alternative would be beneficial to streamline this process.

I need to transcribe and generate AI summaries for older calls using AI Insights. However, AI Insights only works for future recordings after activation. It would be beneficial if AI Insights could process earlier conversations retroactively to help review past sales-call performance.

I would like to receive business voicemail and call recordings directly in my email inbox as audio files. This feature would streamline my workflow by allowing me to access and manage these recordings more efficiently from my email.
