I would love to see the Caller ID of the person who is calling me and at the same time seeing that it is a Rinkel Call.

For example authenticator app or hardware key

After the person I phone picks up they first hear a message about the call

If my call history includes missed calls, I want to be able to mark them as "resolved" or "completed", after I've called back or handled it otherwise. I want the "missed" call tab in the app/call history in app and portal to reflect that.

It would be very nice if Rinkel were even more accessible to visually impaired users. Could you improve accessibility for this target group?

When I'm already in a call on my mobile and a call comes in, I keep hearing a tone that it's being offered. Could you mute this tone?

When opening the app in Android, the keyboard is fine at first, but if I click to another tab (Voicemail/History) and go back to the calling tab, the letters TUV are no longer below the number 8, but the TU are through 8.

I would also like to call countries that do not support you. I would be OK with buying a bundle for this, which I can use for these kinds of calls.

When I'm listening to a voice mail, I want it to keep playing in the background when I switch applications. For example, if I now open my note app, the voicemail stops playing.

When I open a contact on my phone, I have the option to choose which service I want to call the person with. I would find it easy if Rinkel was also included here, in addition to Skype, Whatsapp, Signal or Telegram, for example.
