A user wants to be able to leave a short note when forwarding a call directly to a colleague, for example with the caller's name or the reason for the call. Currently, it is only possible to add a note when a call is put on hold. In that scenario, however, the colleague's phone does not ring immediately. As a result, calls are sometimes overlooked.

I would love to see the Caller ID of the person who is calling me and at the same time seeing that it is a Rinkel Call.

Now, the Rinkel app sorts on last name, but I prefer first name sorting. As in: Adam Firenze should be stored under the "A", not the "F" (as is currently the case).

When I'm on a call, it takes quite a long time for the caller to go to voice mail. I would like it if the caller goes directly to the voice mail. Can you add this option?

User not longer able to log in to the app using TalkBack (screen reader on Android). The field for entering the code is not clickable. As a result, customer cannot log in to the Rinkel app now.

When I call via the Rinkel app, I can't use the drop-down menu (IVR) of the company I'm calling. To select the options, I need to switch to my phone's native calling app. That works, but it would be more convenient if this was possible directly within the Rinkel app. Is it possible to improve this?

After the person I phone picks up they first hear a message about the call

If my call history includes missed calls, I want to be able to mark them as "resolved" or "completed", after I've called back or handled it otherwise. I want the "missed" call tab in the app/call history in app and portal to reflect that.

It would be very nice if Rinkel were even more accessible to visually impaired users. Could you improve accessibility for this target group?
