I would like to be able to view the full transcript of each conversation I have. At the moment, you provide me with a very nice summary with action points. For my services, however, it is important that I can judge the conversation by the letter.

I would like to have a search function to search the summary of AI insights and hope to see the full transcript in the future, so that I can easily zoom in on an important part of a conversation.

I'm actively writing prompts myself, but would love to learn from what other companies in and outside my industry are using to improve their summaries. Can you add these ready-to-use prompts to a prompt library?

As a user, I want to be able to set my own prompt. Because my work differs from that of my colleagues, a personal prompt ensures that summaries are better suited to my use.

I have multiple phone numbers. Can you make it possible to set a different prompt per phone number? This is because I use the numbers for various purposes.

Bundle all summaries of conversations with the same customer into one overview, as you currently do with the recent call history. This way, I immediately have the overview of what has been discussed earlier in text based on the things that I find important.

I would find it very useful to receive a transcript of each or selected phone calls by email after each call. For example, this can be read when the department is busy and listening is not an option.

I would like to be able to adjust the AI-Insightst prompt at the number level. I serve different customer groups at the different numbers. I want to be able to adjust the prompt accordingly.
