As an admin, I value maintaining high service levels, but with team members setting their own availability, I lack an overview of who is available. This can lead to situations where multiple colleagues are unavailable simultaneously. It would be beneficial to have a feature in the web portal that provides an overview, such as a daily schedule, to ensure we maintain our service level.
