I find it difficult to locate where I can drop all my messages for the Rinkel funnel. In another program I used, there was a visual representation of the entire funnel, showing exactly how an incoming call would be routed, and what messages they'd hear. That would have helped me figure out why my greeting message played twice: once as greeting, and once as call recording announcement.
