Thanks to your votes, this is now a reality! Put yourself on Available, Do Not Disturb, or Out of Office. Your colleagues know whether or not you're available to answer calls, and you'll be automatically removed & re-added to the forwarding.
When you're Available, any forwarding will continue as usual. When you're on Do Not Disturb or Out of Office, you will automatically be disabled from any forwarding.
You can also schedule your availability in advance with "My schedule", available in the Expert plan. The perfect solution to keep your work-life balance in check.
Check it out now, available in My Rinkel on desktop, and included in version 3.10.0 of the Rinkel app (rolling out as we speak!).

Could you add the ability to set availability directly through the app, not only for myself but also for other members of my team? This feature would be highly useful for managing schedules more efficiently.

Good news! I'm happy to share we're currently working on making this a reality in the form of user statuses. I can't provide a timeline just yet, but just know it's coming. 🤩

I would like it if I could easily click on a button in the app, to indicate that I'm on a break and that I'm temporarily disconnected. Sometimes it's nice to have 3 minutes to complete the notes of a call, but it could also work very well for people who don't pause at the same time every day but want to activate it at the touch of a button.
