We’ve got good news: it’s now technically possible to set up a multi-level voice menu in My Rinkel!
There’s no visible change in the My Rinkel app or web version, but our lovely support team can help set it up for you in the background.
To keep things smooth for everyone, this feature is currently available for customers with 6 users or more. This is because a bit of manual work is still needed on our side.
We know this isn’t the perfect long-term fix (yet). That’s why we’re keeping this ticket open, as your input will help us shape a future where even complex call menus are fully self-serve, right from My Rinkel.

The selection menu has 1 level, I would like multiple levels

Now the choice is key 1 or 2 or 3 et cetera and that's it. I would like to have the option menu again after the first choice (e.g. test 2). So say 2.1 or 2.2 or 2.3 et cetera
