Happy to share that this is now a reality! The "In call" status will be updated automatically when you're busy on the line, and overwrites any other status temporarily.
It's already up and running in My Rinkel on desktop, to see the changes in the app, you'll have to update to version 3.12.0 of the app, which is rolling out over the coming days.

It would be nice to see beforehand if a colleague is talking. This way, I prevent the customer from ultimately not getting to speak to my colleague directly. This would help me a lot.
