I need Rinkel to support updating contact names from our CRM so that call history and conversation history show names instead of anonymous numbers. We already have names and numbers in the CRM, and I expected the Rinkel API/webhooks to allow sending contact updates into Rinkel. However, I was informed that the API cannot modify contacts from CRM into Rinkel. This creates a workflow gap as many leads/prospects call in, and later returns require manual data entry to replace anonymous numbers in Rinkel’s history/contacts list.
