I need more control over how call forwarding behaves in the call menu. Currently, when calls are forwarded via the IVR choice, the phone keeps ringing indefinitely. It would be beneficial to have an automatic stop after about 20 seconds or a message indicating that the phone cannot be answered, and the connection should be dropped. This issue is particularly irritating when I'm already on another line or when the office is closed.
