AI Insights can only be enabled, edited or disabled via the My Rinkel web environment. But once active, summaries, topics and sentiment are also visible in the Rinkel app.

Other improvements
It’s now easier to see which business number you’re working with, even if you’ve given your number a custom name. You’ll find this in the General settings of your business number.
